I have to order my computer soon. I think I've decided which one I'm getting. Either the HP ze1202 or ze1210. I just want to compare them one more time, and if there's no earth shattering difference between the two, I'll save two hundred dollars and get a printer and mouse, which I also need. I want to get my computer so that I can use my Mini Disc player. I'm going to make discs of songs according to theme. One disc will be happy music, one will be relaxing music, thoughtful music, songs that remind of Chris...I have plans! I mean, I'm going to need the computer anyway, I have the money to buy it, so there's no use in prolonging the buying process until right before school starts. At least I can have some time to get used to it and figure out all of the little tricks to owning a laptop. I think it will be fun! Also, I'm going to have to find some way to protect it from theft. I wonder if there's any type of special lock or thing that I can get for it. Either that, or I'll insure it so that in case it gets stolen, it will be replaced. Still, that's not going to help all of the school work and other stuff that I'll have saved on my computer.
Today I cleaned a heck of a lot during the morning, and then in the afternoon I went to put a pair of pants that I really loved on layaway. I saw them at Candie's a few months ago, and they were 54.00, but now I recently found them at one of those stores where they send all of the seconds and old clothes, and they were only 32.00. So, I must have them, but I don't have that much cash, so I'll just pay for them gradually. I've been spending so much money lately, and I have no idea where it's coming from. Thank God I'll be working and getting some good money for a few weeks. I started to look for a job in one of the offices at school once the term rolls around too. I'm prepared to work at school to earn some extra cash. We also went to check out the pricing on a new phone plan, because my plan doesn't reach out to my school. There was a really good one at Cingular, where nights started at 7 p.m. and went until 7 a.m. That's rare, because all of the plans around here start nights at 9 p.m. now, instead of the scratched standard of 8 p.m. I want to get a new phone too, because mine is so old and outdated. My dad kept complaining and saying that the phone had nothing to do with anything and was only the source that I used to make my phone calls, not a fashion statement. Still, I've had my old phone for two years, and it's really outdated. I'd be willing to pay for a new phone. I alwyas buy the phones that are the oldest model to save some money, but then it ends up being obsolete in a really short time. Well, we'll see what happens, and what phone I end up with. After I work on getting all of this garbage, it's going to be time to ask for a car. I seriously think that my parents are going to think that I'm totally selfish and a spoiled brat. I've been getting so many things lately, basically because I need them for school, but it's a bit scary to think of just how many things I've been buying for my own personal use.
Well, tomorrow is my last day of freedom and fun before I have to start working. I probably won't be doing anything really fun or great, most likely lounging around the house for countless hours, dying of boredom and preparing to strangle my sister because she drives me insane. I'm getting a little bit anxious for school to start because I want to get settled in. I sort of miss doing work and learning new things. Rather, being forced to be learning new things. As much as I HATE to be forced into doing anything, it is impossible for me to motivate myself to do anything that involves work or learning. I just like to waste a lot of time, doing seemingly meaningful things that don't have much effect on myself or the world. Well, time to publish this and then do something useful, eh?
