So, Jackie and I went to the baseball game today. She was happy because she got a wave from Matt, and we talked to him for two seconds after the game. I didn't think it was worth it to wait around that long in the freezing cold wind for seven innings. But then again, I'm not the one "in love". We walked to Dunkin' Donuts after the game, and on the way there, two cars filled with baseball players stopped to ask us if we needed a ride home. Very sweet, yes, but I don't think so. My mommy told me never to accept a ride from strangers. Not that I was worried or anything, but from my observations, neither car really had a very good driver. I want to live for a while, thank you. So, I got my nice hot cocoa and a pumpkin muffin at Dunkin'. The kid behind the counter was this kid who went to school with Jackie in the sixth grade and wanted to go out with her or something. This kid was absolutely gorgeous. We just kind of stared at him until my dad came to pick us up.
Let's see...Jackie came over here, and we went out with my mom to get a pumpkin for the house. We also got a few small pumpkins for me, Kat, and Jackie to decorate. Jackie and Kat were getting pissed off at me because I kept changing my mind as to which one I wanted, taking a really long time. When we got home we decorated them with all this glitter, feathers, sparkly glue, and a whole bunch of junk I had in the house. They came out so funny. Jackie's had these sparkly pink eyebrows...it was hilarious. Well, we made a major mess and then cleaned it up. Then we revisited our childhood and played Candy Land and Memory. I kept cheating during Candy Land, and I almost took a nervous breakdown because I was laughing at something so much. I don't remember what it was, but I just kept laughing forever. After I composed myself we played Memory, and I lost because I suck at short-term memory junk. Then we got in a brawl over who would put the games away. It was a lot of fun.
I think I am going to the movies tomorrow with Jackie and Matt, and a few of our mutual friends. I think it should be fun. I haven't been to the movies for a while. But first I have to get all of my schoolwork done. I haven't heard from Kerri in a while. I wonder what's up. Hmmm...well, I am kind of looking foward to going back to school, kind of regretting it. Bah.
