I finally found out what my class rank was, and I didn't even have to go to my guidence councelor. Kathleen told me that she saw the list, and that my name was before hers, making me the sixth ranked student in the junior class! Score! She came up to me this morning and said that she had good news to tell me and that she didn't want to spoil it, but she's been waiting to tell me all weekend. I was so happy. I don't know why, but it's not like I am going to act any different because of it. The thing that made me so happy was that she was actually glad for me, and proud of me, and happy that I was successful and doing well. That's a true friend for ya!
I guess today was another one of my "pretty days" because Kristen told me that I looked very pretty today. People don't say that to me often, so I guess when they say it they actually mean it. Jackie brought up how cute I looked on Saturday night, and all I could think about was what she said about Derrick. Hmph.
I have letters to write, and um, books to read. <3
