Well, Spain was the most beautiful place that I have ever been in my life. I saw so many beautiful things along my trip, including cathedrals, the royal palace, countryside, just everything. While I was there, I kept a journal and wrote in it each night about what I had seen and done, and just how amazed I was at everything. I have two favorite things that I did on the trip that I will tell about, as it would take me forever to write about everything. The first one took place in Granada, when we visited the Alhambra and the Generalife. The Alahambra is an ancient Moorish palace, and the Generlife is connected to it, but is also a summer home and beautiful garden space. We got a tour of it, and walked though all of its spendid beauty for a half of a day. I bought a book about it so that I could remember what it looked like forever and ever. I took a few pictures there, so when I end up getting the developed, I will have to show everyone. I don't know, but it just reminded me of the Taj Mahal or some other beautiful place like that. I wish I could live there, or sneak there at at night and just sit upon the garden walls and gaze at the stars, holding hands with the one I love. It is that beautiful, unbelieveably so.
The other thing that I really enjoyed was a midnight cruise on the Guadalquiver River in Sevilla. There was this boat that had a dance floor and a dj that just cruised around the river for two hours. I love dancing so much, so that was really fun, but at the end of the night my feet were in pain from dancing so much, and I had blisters all over my feet. But I was happy, do it didn't matter. I was beautiful and happy, so it was all good.
I don't want to get into talking to the people that went on the trip at all, because although I have become emotionally attached to them during the trip, I know that in their minds they have probably already forgotten me. I was an outsider on that trip, and although I loved everyone who went on it, the love is unrequited. Oh well, I am getting over that anyway. I have made a list of things that I learned on the trip. It is thirteen points long. I told Joe all of them online yesterday, and I will finish typing them up later. I have got to tear myself away now though, and do a little bit more homework. I shall try to write more later.
Ciao.
9:02 p.m.
Right now my cousin is here, and she brought her new baby with her, Gabriella. She is really cute. I haven't done as much homework as I anticipated. Oh well. Tomorrow is going to be warm and sunny, so I feel lucky. I finished writing my first entry for Dear X, but now I think that I want to change it around so that it sounds more eloquent. It expresses my emotions in a raw sort of way, but it needs to be more polished. I'll work on it this weekend. I'm getting really tired, and it's not even that late yet. I am all prepared tomorrow, even though I don't want to go back to school. I think I'll write an e-mail and then go to bed.
Ciao.
