Yeah, well today was a real sunny day at school. I just wanted to go home after homeroom. I had English, U.S. History, and Spanish today. I already got homework. I hate most of the people in my classes too. But it's going to be a good year, really it is. *grits teeth*
This morning I went to school with Jackie and Kaitlin. Kaitlin is still a snob. Kristen was being a snob today too. I think all of that cheerleading is going to her head. Mindy was okay I guess, but kind of preoccupied or something. Kathleen was her genki, happy self, and we had a lot of laughs already. She is in my gym class second semester. <3 I am so happy about that. I got a big hug today from Micheal, which was a happy thing too. I talked to another girl in our homeroom, Tiana, about classes and movies and stuff. I made a resolution this year to speak up more, even if I am wrong. Usually I am right, and I never say anything. That is just stupid, so I will speak up. In Spanish I have to sit between Arshan and Derrick, which is not very fair. But, Kathleen sits to the back and right of me, so I guess it is okay. I don't sit near Min. But, she is in all of my classes, so I am happy! I sit next to her in History and English. I am just thankful that I am not sitting anywhere near Chris. I can't see him, I can't hear him, la la la. I saw his face today and thought I would scream. I cannot stand to be around him anymore. I said goodmorning to him this morning with Mindy and he didn't even say anything back. What a prick. I can't wait until this week is over and I head up to New Hampshire for some rest and relaxation. *hehe* The school year has barely started, and I'm worried about resting. I don't care, I am already sick of it. I got up really early this morning. I didn't feel very nice.
My brain is kind of numb now. I have to write five sentences about my summer in Spanish. This will take me a whole time span of about three minutes. Hey, if the homework is this easy all year, bless my soul. Ah, I got registered for dancing, and this year I have a class that is only pointe rather than ballet followed by pointe. That should be fun. I am finally with my peers for a change. They said that they were going to try something different this year, so we'll see how it works out. They're going to start next Wednesday. I can't wait.
I am listening to a song from that new movie Duet. It's sung by Huey Lewis and Gwyneth Paltrow. It's pretty good, actually. I heard it on the commercial, and I thought that it was a good song. Mm. Well, I'm going to go do my homework. The History will take me a while. For Spanish, maybe I should write about the sailors?
